Mr. Babos is a retired U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer where he provided 21 years of distinguished military service.

As Executive Vice President of Moss Cape, Mr. Jorge Arango has more than 20 years’ experience as an executive, consultant, and PMI certified project manager. Mr. Arango brings extensive experience leading and managing highly valued Government contracted Information Technology, Physical Security, Staff Augmentation, and Law Enforcement Training programs with various government agencies.
